My wife and I came to the emergency department on Saturday at approximately 4:30 PM due to neurological concerns and concerns about a possible blood clot following a major surgery. She has a history of a post-surgical blood clot and is currently prescribed blood thinners, so we felt her symptoms required prompt medical attention. As I write this review, it is now 6:50 AM the following morning, and we are still sitting in the waiting room without having seen a doctor. Hospital staff performed testing but informed us that the results could not be discussed or transferred until she is seen by a physician. We were told we could leave if we wanted, but after waiting this long and having tests already completed, that does not seem like a reasonable option. The experience has been extremely frustrating. The receptionist we interacted with was dismissive and appeared to have little empathy for patients who had been waiting for many hours. Rather than acknowledging concerns, our questions were largely shrugged off. In addition, we were unable to obtain a blanket for several hours and spent much of the night cold and uncomfortable in the waiting room. Most concerning, because of the leng

Doesn’t even qualify for one star! It is totally unacceptable to have to wait 6 + hours for test results and discharge. Witnessed several people pull their own iV’s and leave without their results or seeing a doctor. Sitting in their hard chairs for hours hurts your tailbone. It’s amazing what a hospital can get away with these days. Our healthcare system is truly broken. 😞

Would have left a -0 stars if I could....1st time here a few months ago my mother sat in the ER with sepsis for 22hrs before being treated! Here again for similar problems but after 9 hrs we are still waiting to be seen...this is inhumane!!! The receptionist definitely lacks compassion or a friendly attitude! This is such a awful place to end up when u have no choice...I understand being busy but come on!!!! There has to be a better health care system for people! Think this situation needs brought to the attention of someone bigger!

Longest wait times in human history. Everytime you come here expect 12-15 hrs. Even if its life threatening. They will stabilize your vitals and shove you back into the waiting room. Don't expect care or a bed. They Let people bleed on the floor and the blood sits there for people to walk around for hours before someone cleans it up. ER waiting room bathroom is small and was disgusting. Rude uncaring staff. Truly sad the level of unprofessional uncaring Triage.

Sent my 84 year old father who lives alone home at 10:30 pm after sitting in the waiting room for 9 hours with no pain medicine or even a glass of water. Despite elevated creatinine and a 9 mm kidney stone that requires intervention, he was instructed to call the doctor in the morning. Nurses were condescending and rude on the phone with me and to him. The PA was kind, but unable to get the urologist to commit to just doing the right thing and keep him overnight to do the procedure in the morning. If he suffers irreversible kidney damage, we will be calling an attorney. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I don’t want others to be treated this way, so for those who have a choice, seek care elsewhere.
